Subaru Impreza Fuel Economy….

Now there is a headline for you, especially if you drive an Impreza WRX STi PPP like myself!

Well I went to Blackpool on Saturday for a night out, not to paddle in the sea! My friend was also driving some old citroen, not quite sure what model but we call it the diesel tank. So we cruised along at a steady 70mph, in 6th gear, and for some weird reason I managed to do 145 miles on half a tank, there and back! Usually I only get about 170 miles out of a full tank when driving round normally…. And my friends say that I have an ON/OFF switch rather than an accelorator, so you can imagine that for me every road is a rally stage!
