Subaru Dealership…..

Good afternoon guys, I hope you are all well.
I am going to have a little rant about the guys at a certain Subaru garage….

As you are probably aware if you read my blog on a daily basis, my beloved Subaru Impreza was in the Subaru garage for approximately a month after they did the cam belt service incorrectly and my car ended up breaking down when I was 50 miles away from home on my way to a meeting for work!!
I had to pay £75 to get my car back from Sheffield to the garage, not bad to be honest but a bit of an inconvenience!!! So I had to pay £1,600 as part of it was apparently my fault!!! But after I got it back I then had to take it back a few days later as they had not put it back together right!!
Anyway I did not get a sorry about the inconvenience or any good will gesture, so I asked the MD to call me…. He did finally this week when he realised that I had not paid!! Haha! Now I have to go out of my way again to go see him at the garage to talk about this….
